All of the optimization in the
world is useless without links to your site. Yet, even today,
many SEO outfits will tell you that you are "on your own"
for getting links. That can leave you hanging with no chance
of good rankings.
Again, we are different. We
do not advise our clients to build "great content"
to magically get links. We do not "fantasize" about
where these links will come from.

We also offer reciprocation link packages. Protocol requires
that you link to their sites before asking for a link.
Real Estate Directories w/Reciprocation
- Get your site listed in the various free real estate directories
that require reciprocation. 50 Links, $8 per link, $400 total.
This package requires a one-page list of real estate directories
be placed on your own website.
- Home
& General Real Estate-related Reciprocation
- your first 100 reciprocal links with other home and real
estate-related sites is $900 for the first 100 links.
Reciprocation is best
pursued indefinitely. Additional reciprocation links, after
the initial 100, can be pursued and at just $6 per link.
Please note that an additional $150 set up charge applies
to hosting configurations that do not accommodate FTP file
upload, such as Point2Agent, AgentAdvantage, etc. As well,
there is a $50 manual update charge for those no-FTP capable
sites, at each update interval of 12 weeks.
Optimized Landing Page Service
It makes ultimate good sense
to structure your website in ways that attract specific search
engine traffic. Good, thorough "landing pages" will
do just that.
It also makes sense to present
valid, useful content to real visitors to those pages. After
all, a landing page that good search rankings from a machine,
but turns off real, human visitors is worthless.
For real estate purposes, we
have formalized the process of building landing pages that meet
both of those criteria, in a way that has been proven to work
very well. Our landing page tool for real estate is actually
quite unique and innovative in the SEO world.
Our "landing
page tool" is an online questionnaire that asks an
agent a battery of vital questions about a specific community
or geo-area that they serve. From that submitted data, it forms
a "rough draft" landing page.
That "rough draft"
content is then human-edited and configured for proper display
on your website, with proper page titles, headlines, and more.
In addition, the tool makes it possible to attract "long
tail" search terms to your landing page (like relevant
"MLS" and "Realtor" terms, and many more),
in addition to the primary terms on that page. We
can also configure your site in ways that will get these pages
indexed by the search engines.
Our landing page tool can be
used on a do-it-yourself basis, for free, if you like. If so,
you can save money, and maybe apply your savings toward your
link building or consultation.

manage the editing and configuration work that comes from the
landing page tool output, we can get these vital pages onto

The cost of landing
page editing and configuration is just $50 per page,
if you are a client for any of our other services above.
This is also contingent upon you using the landing page tool
to provide us with the basic content.
For site owners who are not
clients of our other services, there is a $100, one-time set
up charge. That set up fee includes a one-half hour phone consultation,
in order to make sure that we are covering the right bases for
your site. The set up fee also covers page template configuration
and page upload services.
We usually advise multiple pages
for most agents, and at least one landing page per community
or geo-area, to best cover their whole market.
